International Sculpture symposium
Theme;Spirituality and Social Transformation
Venue;Suttur,Karnataka,India
Date;26th January 2004 onwards for 10 days
Dear Ms.R Mu and Mr.R.Da.and ・・・
How are you getting on these days?
We are very grateful to your kindness
during our stay in India.
During the 10 days of the symposium
we were able to interact with the children,
teachers, masons, sculptors and
many Indians who are learning in your school.
And we got a chance to get to know
your big work, the school work of
providing poor children
with educational opportunities.
This time I had the opportunity
to create sculptures in this kind of
interaction and environment,
and I was able to move toward
a big goal in the future to work.
Our lives are also as short as cherry blossoms,
but we want to use the time left for me
to convey some good ideas, actions,
and work to later generations.
Sincerely yours
K Sato
